Call us as fast as possible. Employee name is in right upper corner. You would need file number as well. We are able to get you a copy of the claim.

I paid my claim and I´am still getting the reminders. Why? |

If the reminder is dated before the time of your payment, your payment and our letter probablay crossed. For your peace of mind you can call us and we will answer your questions.

What shall I do if I don’t have resources to pay it? |

Call us again, we find a solution; one of them is set up a payment schedule.

How do I identify myself? |

At the beginning of the conversation we ask for the identity and file number. We have to verify your identity. We ask for example for your address and date of birth. This is necessary for your protection. Then we can answer all your questions.

Why should I pay as soon as possible? |
|
If you pay on time you can save a lot of money, sometimes the court expenses could be higher then the claim.

What happens when debtor does not pay? |
|
If the debtor does not pay on time, the creditor is forced to court enforcement. It could be costly timely and financially. The interest will be added as well.
The court fees are 4%, minimum 600,- Kč maximum 1.000.000,- Kc. If he needs a lawyer there is additional cost. This depends on the amount of the debt. The debtors also have to pay sales tax of 19% and cost of phone calls, mail etc. In case of appeal the expenses double.

When comes the execution? |
|
When the debtor does not pay after he gets the judgement, he will be executed. The debt increases by interest and execution cost. The executor charge is given by law (debt up to 3 000.000,- Kč is 15% ) plus his cash expenses.
Court executor has an authority to get information about debtor and his estate everywhere. He can enter the house or company and execute anything. The property could be sold at the auction. He can freeze debtor’s bank accounts. Execution can disturb the privacy. Information of executions is available to the public.
